Automatic Aerosol Filling Machines

Operators put the empty containers on the rotating feeder, and the rotating feeder and the containers automatically begin to move on the conveyor.

In unit 2, empty containers enter the rotating star system to be automatically filled and crimped. It has 2 filling nozzles and 1 crimping head. The filling process is a make-up system where the first nozzle fills half the container, while the 2nd nozzle fills the rest of the container, this system makes the filling process much faster. After filling, the operator manually puts the valves into the pre-filled containers, then these valves are automatically crimped.

After filling and crimping, the containers pass to the 3rd and final gas delivery unit. There are 2 gassing heads (up to the volume of gas to be filled into the container, depending on your request).

The use and maintenance of the machine is very easy and simple.

The machine does work only if :

• Enough air pressure provided
• Conveyor is moving
• The liquid filling wouldn’t start if the container were not empty
• Crimping won’t start if the container is not in place
• Gassing won’t start if the container is not crimped
• Gassing wouldn’t create if he requested gas isn’t provided

Filling of liquid and gas pumping is volumetric and with high accuracy. The machine is pneumatic, and only the conveyor motor is electrical, and the conveyor motor and start-stop switches are EX PROOF. The maintenance and usage of the system are straightforward, safe, and straightforward against flaming and explosion.
